At Lodge #78, the draw isn't the décor, it's the deal. Regulars drive across the metro to catch Sunday bingo because the packages are priced lower than anywhere else in town, and the kitchen under Ms. Velvet turns out food that keeps people coming back even when they're not playing a single card. That combination of genuine value and genuine flavor is rare, and members know it.

Founded under the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Lodge #78 has been a fixture in the Tucker area for decades, channeling dues and fundraising revenue into youth programs, veterans' support, and community grants across the greater Atlanta region. The camaraderie in the hall on a busy Sunday afternoon is the kind you can't manufacture.

Traveling Elks members will also find an RV hookup on the back lot. Call ahead for availability since only one spot is offered, but it's a handy overnight option for members passing through the I-285 corridor.

What We Offer

Sunday bingo is the headline event. Doors open early, packages are affordable, and the games run on a tight, friendly schedule managed by a staff that genuinely enjoys the room. Specialty rounds rotate, so regulars always have something new to chase.

The kitchen and bar operate during events, serving full plates at prices that regularly surprise first-timers. From hot entrees to snacks, the food is made with care by a crew that treats every plate like it matters.

Beyond bingo nights, the lodge hosts private events, fraternal meetings, and community fundraisers throughout the year. Members also gain access to the national Elks network, including reciprocal privileges at lodges across the country and the RV parking available to traveling members at the Tucker location.

"I love the prices for the bingo packages and food it’s the cheapest in town, however I didn’t quite like the choice of games they play , like five around the corner and double postage stamp included the free space was confusing and the caller calls to fast for me to keep up 😏 I played on 2/10/24"

"Bingo on Sundays is super fun! The staff is friendly and well organized AND the FOOD is AWESOME with PRICES you CAN’T BEAT! I purposely come to eat and play bingo. MS.VELVET (the chef) and waitstaff run an amazing kitchen with a variety of homemade food. If you like bingo, I would definitely recommend you come early (1 hr before the game starts) AND come hungry. You won’t be disappointed...you’ll see a lot of people ordering their Sunday dinner from the Bingo Cafe 😊."

"RV Park Review - only one RV spot available to traveling members. Located in the back of the parking lot next to the dumpster. Reservations not accepted so call in advance for availability. Electric and water only, no dump station. Elks Lodge staff was very friendly, as usual for Elks Lodges. June 2023, $20 per night donation recommended."

"Friday night I was at a dinner dance at this Elks-- had a great time until a post officer forced me to sit down to be criticised for my ballroom dancing style!!Not sure of his name maybe .he stated that he was an officer very " high up at the Elk"s> verbalized to me me saying that my dancing with the partners was unacceptable that is, ballroom dancing that night,Also accusing me of being drunk at the Avondale post three years ago and that I had a bad reputation! H went on to further insult my dance style there dancing with the very nice partners! He has committed slander and defamation of character about that took place about 9 pm with a witness standing behind!!! }This is a hostile environment}! him, hearing everything!.A bouncer!! He took it upon himself to reprimand a total stranger,me, that night, as if he were a cop!And I felt threatened, shamed and angry! This was the worst defamation of character I have ever experienced!!I am 80 years old .This is elder abuse !.This man needs to be let If you do this to a decent citizen of Georgia, Who knows- how brutal you can be to other vulnerable persons in and out of your Elke's club! I was ready to join the Elke's and was given contact information by another member."
